Threat to our Independence

We might want to keep an eye out on this thread if we intend to keep our independence.

know that I am here as an individual looking for a new home.

I seek the best for eLatvian people and this country. my integrity can be proven in the multiple other threads in which I have already announced what I will do to help this country grow. I have much experience as I've already served as President of the USA for two terms. I believe I have much to offer Latvia, and at the same time it has much to offer me. I will do my best to protect the domestic interests of this country and I hope that you all will welcome me as one of your own, as this will be my new eHome.

We need to try to buddy with Lithuania and Estonia, they are really in the same dangerous situation that we are.

My suggestion is that when will be elected President and Congress, to make some union of these three countries..

A union of the three countries would be a great idea, and I'm sure that the others would have no problem. My biggest worry is a TO. I mean, we only have like 21 or something in political parties.

Guys you need to remember to be sensitive to the RL opinions of the country you are trying to help. The Baltic countries in RL don't like each other very much, even within Latvia there are racial issues. I agree it would be an excellent Idea for all 3 of us to help each other but I would doubt it would happen.

One thing, this isn't RL, it's a game. In real life, Romania would never attack Russia, and Portugal would never attack Mexico. I believe it is in our best interest for a Baltic alliance to further reduce the chances of a military attack; which is an event that is likely to happen.

I'm 100% sure that Lithuanians and Estonians will agree for an alliance...

Even if Latvia resist from T.O. , Latvia will not be strong enough to resist an attack for example Romanians or Hungarians ... and when these three countries helped each other there is a possibility that we all stay in one piece ..Union would be the best option..

If Im wrong Im wrong, but that was my understanding of the region, I would love to be wrong and A Alliance between the Baltic states is a great idea.
