Taxes: Housing

All citizens may discuss the housing taxes here, and we'll hold a vote near the 25th. If congress has an eLatvian government then we may implement the vote into the game.

Income Tax: 5%
Import Tax: 99%
VAT: 3%

Import Tax: 99% is to high once we dont have any company that sell house.
maybe could be less around 50% until some company is created, after the creation one house company then we could increase some more. but for me 50% is pretty high already
